Introducing Hirondelle Estate, a quiet, secluded oasis.
The 200-acre intimate estate is located 1 hour west of Toronto, just east of Guelph. The grounds are responsibly stewarded. Nature prospers here, with sustainably planted crops, protected trees and forests, wildflower gardens, horses, chickens, bees, butterflies, and birds. Notably, the landscape includes habitat to support the threatened barn swallow population. Hirondelle is French for “barn swallow.”
The 150-year-old buildings at Hirondelle have been lovingly restored and include original board and stonework. From the crest of the hill where the barn stands, you can experience a feast for the senses - the sounds of flourishing birds, the smell of grains and wildflowers, and the sight of the spectacular sunset over rolling hills and the Eramosa River.
Hirondelle has been proudly owned by Sabine Veit since 2018. Sabine’s passion is cultivating a sustainable property where her family and nature thrive.
